My fellow leaders,
Today,, I speak as a citizen , someone who believes deeply in the power of work, the dignity of creation, and the promise that every person deserves a place in the American story.
Across our industries, from manufacturing floors to innovation hubs, we stand at a crossroads between automation and aspiration. Technology is advancing faster than ever, but progress must never come at the cost of people. Machines can build products — but only people can build purpose. Robots can replicate tasks — but only human hands and human hearts can renew a nation.
I believe in an economy where we are not beyond job creation.
We are not beyond people.
We are not beyond the American worker whose creativity, discipline, and determination built every enterprise represented in this room.
My mission is clear: to create jobs, not replace them.
To build an economy that rewards innovation without erasing opportunity.
To ensure that every worker, every entrepreneur, and every dreamer has a stake in the future we are building together.

In every generation, there comes a moment when we are called to look beyond our differences and remember the quiet truth that binds us together: we are stewards of a nation entrusted to our care. The work of public service is not measured in titles or applause, but in the lives strengthened, the communities uplifted, and the futures made possible because someone chose to act with courage and conviction.
Throughout my life, I have seen what happens when institutions listen to the people they serve, when businesses invest in the neighborhoods that shaped them, and when leaders choose fairness over convenience. I have witnessed the power of communities that refuse to be overlooked, and the strength of families who rise each day determined to build something better for the next generation.
As we look toward the road ahead, let us remember that America’s promise is renewed not by one voice, but by millions — working, striving, believing that our best days remain within reach. Let us commit ourselves to dignity in our dealings, honesty in our decisions, and compassion in our service to one another.
If we hold fast to these values, there is no challenge we cannot meet, no division we cannot bridge, and no future we cannot shape together.
