My fellow leaders,

Today,, I speak as a citizen , someone who believes deeply in the power of work, the dignity of creation, and the promise that every person deserves a place in the American story.

Across our industries, from manufacturing floors to innovation hubs, we stand at a crossroads between automation and aspiration. Technology is advancing faster than ever, but progress must never come at the cost of people. Machines can build products — but only people can build purpose. Robots can replicate tasks — but only human hands and human hearts can renew a nation.

I believe in an economy where we are not beyond job creation.
We are not beyond people.
We are not beyond the American worker whose creativity, discipline, and determination built every enterprise represented in this room.

My mission is clear: to create jobs, not replace them.
To build an economy that rewards innovation without erasing opportunity.
